MBA or master in business administration is a well sought after degree with thousands of aspirants fighting it out to get a seat in the best MBA colleges of the country. CAT (Common Admission Test)

CAT exam grants you entry into the IIM MBA institutes. CAT is held once a year costing 1600 INR for registration. You need to score an aggregate of 50% in graduation to be eligible for this exam but that is relaxed to 45% for reserved categories. IIFT (Indian Institute Of Foreign Trade)

This examination is exclusively held for admission to one of the most prestigious MBA institutes, the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. The exam is held to cover up 220 seats and the registration for this exam cost Rs. 1550. There is no minimum mark for this exam with graduation from a recognized university being the only criteria. MAT (Management Aptitude Test)

This examination is held four times in a year in the months of December, September, May and February and this too does not need a minimum mark. The only eligibility criterion is graduation from a recognized university. The registration fee is Rs. 1200 for this exam. The score of XAT is accepted at more than 140 colleges and it is conducted in 33 cities. The registration fee is Rs. 1500 and eligibility is 50% in graduation. Get details in the official XAT website.



The Graduate Management Admission Council ( GMAC ) holds this exam to grant admission to Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and most other business schools. The eligibility is 50% in graduation and the registration cost is Rs. 1600.


IBSAT (IBS Aptitude Test)

The Business School of Hyderabad conducts this exam for admission to ICFAI institutes of management. The registration fee is Rs. 1600 and eligibility is an aggregate of 50% in graduation.


SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test)

Exclusive examination held by the symbiosis institute for admission to their institutes. 50% marks in graduation is the eligibility and the cost of application is Rs. 1500.
